Delivery Policy

Delivery includes a satisfaction guarantee until the time of delivery and for up to 1 day post-delivery.

We will deliver your items to the first available dry room in your home. A signature is required, and the team will take a photo of your purchase in your home.

Pick-Up Policy

All items purchased online must be picked up within 15 days from the date of purchase. After this period, AccentFurniture.ca is not responsible for any damage or breakage. A storage fee of $5 per day per item will apply after 15 days, with the furniture held as security for these fees.
